Mayher built her career in finance, advising multi-million-dollar companies on their business strategies and helping them achieve their growth potential. She started Everplay Partners to use her expertise to help youth sports owners preserve and grow the businesses they have built. As a former competitive youth athlete, she is passionate about preserving youth sports businesses for the next generation of athletes.
